Workshop Q&A

How many people are in each class?
We can host up to 16 participants. If you prefer a private session, please let us know when booking.

What types of character bento can we make?
You can choose from panda, bear, or seasonal-themed bento.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
We can accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten-free options. However, please note that not all requests can be met, so let us know in advance.

Do we need to bring any tools or materials?
No, everything is provided. Just bring yourself!

Is the workshop conducted in English?
Yes, the staff are fluent in English, so you can join with confidence.

What happens to the bento after the class?
You can eat it after the class or take it home. If taking it home, please ensure proper storage to avoid food poisoning.

Can children join the workshop?
Yes, children aged 5 and above are welcome to join. Please note that knives will be used during the workshop.

Can I change or cancel my reservation?
Please make changes or cancellations through the platform you booked with. If it’s within 24 hours of the class, please contact us directly.

How long does the workshop last?
Approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. If you’d like to join us in preparing the bento fillings, you may participate 30 minutes before the workshop depending on availability. After the workshop, a 30-minute free Akasaka tour may also be available for interested participants, subject to schedule.
